On my first trip to the record shop I bought Wild Honey and Disraeli Gears. In the intervening 44 years I've managed to glom onto around 6000 more records but I still have those two and still like them.

I've always thought this "Wild Honey"-era stuff was good, but I'd much rather hear it performed the Isley Brothers than the Wilson Brothers!

This came out the year I got married (1967), right after the 'Summer of Love' in San Fran. Hippies that we were, it immediately formed the nick name for my new wife, lol.
