Lushly arranged tune from British composer and arranger Neil Richardson. It's entitled 'The Riviera Affair"
Growing up in the NYC area, I remember this song being used as the theme to the Channel 9 WOR-TV
afternoon movie theme.

@themax316 Yes! I was born in '66 and this is the sort of music I grew up with... every movie and TV show's theme and bumper had that classic flourish you're referring to. This is my favorite piece of music, ever. Among my faves are the original "ABC Movie Of the Week", "(day of the week) Night Movie", "4:30 Movie" and other network intros.
