@Dragonlover132 This was the original, and Shu's voice is just fine. Fits how he's the one being the most knuckleheaded and fiercest of the kids. The anime was based off the game but stayed on top of the story worse than FMA did to the manga.

@TronPachioftheDynamo You saying turn-based combat is bad? Or that it's a FF thing? Because its not. A good J-RPG is turn-based. Otherwise it's barely a /J/-RPG. We Americans and Europeans make the massive loot in shooters and such, not Japanese. And the cutscenes aren't excessive and the battles are appropriate and most of the time avoidable.

Again... Unnecessarily long cinematics, turnbased combat, and I'll put money on it that there's random battles. May as well be Final Fantasy 14: Blue Dragon. Are there any GOOD jrpg's besides Moon Diver?

@futureanimatior eh, I didn't know who made it. I just expected them to make it somewhat like the anime. But man, I can't get over how bad the voice acting is, especially Shu. That kid was alright for Izzy in Digimon, he doesn't work too well in this

@Dragonlover132 Um why would you compare this to the anime? And no kidding this is different this was made by the creator of Final Fantasy and the anime wasen't. The game is much better then the game but the art from Akira, is too much like DBZ so its hard to enjoy it it's like playing a DBZ game.

This is really different from the anime, since Jiro and Shu weren't really friends. And the voice actor for Shi is pretty bad
