I'm a wife and mom to two fur-babies. One is a pit bull rescue named Brooklyn and the other is a lab - pit bull mix named Dodger. They keep me on my toes. I work as a Fitness Coordinator at Furman University and also own my own business as a Beachbody Coach. I love helping people take control of their weight and pairing them with the fitness programs and nutrition their bodies need to be the best they can be.
