1st link you need http://www.softether.co.jp/jp/download/download.aspx?706CFB150335C82C034098E5... just follow the video for instructions and the 2nd link http://www.livingonlines.com/2009/05/test-japanese-vpn-service.html scroll down a little bit and youll see 'secure.vpn' in green writing click this to get the second download and follow video instructions. once done you can use this connection with media go for psp and get japanese anime or any other japanese site that has locks. have fun

@deepaim yep,, Monster Hunter here too... server 1.. i have packetix VPN before (not this version) but seems like it cut make my internet connection, often got lag at quest.. is it happened to you too?

Thanx for all the awesome replies I'm glad I've helped so many people (I feel like my hero optimus prime) I'm not sure why you might have a USA ip address and this VPN requires the software shown in the video so I dought it would work on iPhone etc. But I'm really proud I've helped so many people even though I originally put this video up as a reminder to myself.
