The video shows the Call for Maghrib (Sunset) prayers (Maghrib Adhan or Aa'zan or Ezan) from Konya, Turkey, on September 30th, 2007 (the 800th birthday of Maulana Rumi).
The call for prayer (Adhan) emanates from the Sultan Selim Mosque (In Turkish known as Sultan Selim Camii). The construction of Mosque started when Selim was the Governor of Konya and completed during his Sultanate period (1566-1574). The mosque was presented as a gift to Selim's father Sultan Suleyman (Suleyman the Magnificent). This mosque is a classic example of Ottoman architecture.
The Mosque is located next to the Tomb of Maulana Jalaluddin(the majesty of religion) Muhammad Rumi(also know as Belkhi, since he was born in Belkh, presently located in Afghanistan). The Turquoise minaret shaped dome on the right side of video frame is Maulana's tomb.

Maulana Rumi (September 30, 1207-December 17, 1273) is known as the Sun of Intellectuality and Love. Maulana's philosophy of love and tolerance is based on the teachings of holy Quran and Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Regarding love, Maulana has said:

My mother is love
My father is love
My prophet is love
My God is love
I am a child of love
I come to speak of love

Professor Reynold Nicholson has called Rumi as "The greatest mystical poet of any age." Dr. Muhammad Iqbal (also know as Allama Iqbal) has said that "The World of today's need a Rumi to create an attitude of hope, and to kindle the fire of enthusiasm for life."

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) has designated 2007 as "Year of Rumi" to mark the 800th anniversary of the birth of Maulana Jalal-ud-Din Muhammad Rumi, one of the world's most revered Sufi poets. Rumi had produced a prolific range of inspiring and devotional poetry which encapsulates the Sufi's experience of love, peace, and union with the divine. Rumi's poetry has enjoyed a renaissance in recent years, as Rumi has become one of the most popular poets. The New York Times has declared Rumi as "the most influential poet in America since 1960s." And the Time magazine has called Rumi as "the Mystic of the century."
