What are you talking about? No Black person will succeed?! There have been generations of successful Black lawyers, doctors, teachers, scientist, entertainers, athletes, etc., More Black youth than ever attend college. Truth be told Black music is American music. Where is American music w/o jazz, blues, gospel, ragtime, soul/r&b, funk, hip hop? - all created by Blacks. In these genres of music Blacks have created the superior music. The first people enslaved by Spaniards were the native people.

The native people were not "Latinos" until the arrival of the Spaniards. Nobody had names like Garcia, Jose, Ramirez before Spaniards arrived & enslaved and colonized them. Millions were slaughtered. Latino means you speak Spanish. Latinos can be of Native, European, African or Asian descent or a bit of all of the above. Celia Cruz, Roberto Clemente, Felix Trinidad, Rosario Dawson, Beny More all Black Latinos who's ancestors were slaves. Do a little studying.
