@abrudtkuhl The only trails I know of near Ames is McFarland park and Soopers Mill (just north of McFarland park). They're a bit out of town. Some of the stuff in the vid look like random short sections of trail within Ames, mostly near Neal Smith park (mostly completely overgrown by the time I found them). Also, there some trail near the high school; if you go north of isu campus on Stange and head east after the skunk river you'll find it (not much there though).

nice trails!!! what camera did you use, and how did you mount it?? i have a 2011 trance so i will be able to use the same mounts as you. nice editing too, shame about the audio tho.

Great video! Too bad the audio track has been disabled. And nice bike! I would really like a Giant Trance X. I have only seen positive reviews of that bike! Check out my mtb-video if you like :)
