Chibuu Phan is sharing with you on how to stretch by pulling the legs up high with a string or robe! Also doing the elevated front split to increase flexibility and kicking power! This will help get your kicks get higher and more powerful.

  • Yes I am aware that Master Bruce Lee has great workout books, but I like to do my own workout routine more, its more fun, special when you put on your favourite beats while you working out. It would help pumping you up and motivate you :)

  • To Halusvir Zechin: Try to stay in the position for at least 30 seconds after a while when you feel more comfortable and less pain than hold the position for longer period of time. Good luck.

  • you should put something rounded on the top of that beam so its easier to pull the rope! like a piece of pvc pipe.

  • Would this be easier with a pulley? Although I guess when it is harder to pull it due to the friction of your weight that it forces you to actively de-load your leg to bring it higher, plus the friction would help stop it from falling if you put more weight on the leg and less on the hands.
