Community members broke out into dance at the Westerville Area Chamber 37th Music & Arts Festival, July 10 at Heritage Park. The song "Halo/walk'n on Sunshine" bellowed through the festival as two dancers, then 10, then another 10 joined in the fun. 57 people in total joined the dance to make a little history for Westerville and the Festival.
