While I applauid your concern, HR 45 is sitting dead commite cause no one, not even the democrats, wanna touch the damn subject right now, least of all with gun sales through the roof.

With the nra having won at DC vs heller, you can bet there being double careful now that the nra KNOWS it can win the suits.

Be vigilant, keep an eye on bills like HR 45, and make sure the NRA, GOA, and other second amendment groups do to.

30 State legislatures r now declaring sovereignty based on the 10th amendment to stop this big power grab by the fed gov 2 destroy the 2nd amendment &other amendments.The amendments were never up for interpretation by the gov. Congress learned a lot that day. I am sure Congress will NEVER ever allow such a thing to occur. THey control the stage. They made a little mistake. The idea that any politician could make such a mistake as allowing this speech to be made was remedied by limiting time and content and presence. .

HR-45 is making it's way through Congress.

HR-45 will effectively Kill the 2nd Amdmt.

Cloaked as a bill to crack down on "gun-trafficking", this bill affects EVERYONE.

Even if you've never owned a gun in your life, HR-45 will make it legal for the Feds to break down your door and search for firearms.

This Bill can...and probably Will...be used for political persecution.

Kill the 2nd Amdt. first....

then Kill the 1st Amdt.
