http://sagavyah.tripod.com/id90.html A summary of the first book in Mishneh Torah: FOUNDATIONAL COMMANDMENTS OF TORAH -the Faith of Israel.

Nope, it's not the "10 Commandments" written on stone. That's a misnomer. The "10 Commandments" most people know of are actually referred to in the Bible as the Asereth ha-Dibroth. "Dibroth" means statements or matters. It does NOT mean commandments.

These are the 10 Foundational commandments of Torah. They are included in the 613 commandments eternally binding upon the People of Israel. Though the 613 commandments are only binding upon the people of Israel, these 10 foundational commandments should also the logical foundations of anyone's faith, even though not each one of these 10 were commanded directly to the non-Israelite nations. Only the Laws of Noah are direct commandments to the non-Israelite nations.

  • you are obviously a muslim-----------for the one TRUE GOD does not rely on objects dedicated to HIS name nor does he rely on a prophet to make Himself known------the sky , the earth and universe proclaims God existance- and the Blood of JESUS cleans your soul and brings you back to HIM-------------------------you my friend have been misled -and I hope you find your WAY back

  • You obviously did not understand the video -- which means it probably wasnt intended for you.

I''ve never said that the Almighty depends on objects dedicated to His Name. I only referred to the Biblical prohibition against destroying things which His name is upon. He depends upon no created thing. If you have a problem with the Old Testament prohibition against destroying His Name, then why do you rely on the quote from Psalms that the heavens declair His glory? Hosea 11:9 He's not a man.

  • If you were to start sitting down with Aish rabbis and discuss with them your unique journey and convictions, you'd be surprised how well you'd be embraced as a vessel of clarifying phenomena in these subjects. Your mode of conveyance is very academic and straightforward and really refreshingly authoritative. Are you a genius? perhaps; perhaps not. I don't extol you in either way; I don't even know you. I just know you have something profound to say and you should be heard on a far larger forum.

  • even for christians there's wisdom in this

  • Luk 21:24 And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

Rom 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

  • Act 15:14 Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name.

Act 15:15 And to this agree the words of the prophets; as it is written,

Act 15:16 I After this I will return, and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the ruins thereof, and I will set it up:

  • Jesus did fullfill the scriptures, but still more to come , Jesus had to bring US back to God , Jesus is the messiah but as it stands now the Nation of israel is blind and God has done this to them--- , Jesus is in charge of the Church till the gentiles numbers are complete- then He turns his attention back to israel

  • @daddycavefish This is way Jewish people can't accept Jesus, your Jesus said "if u love me keep my commandments" which commandments is he talking about if the New Testament wasn't written by then? Wake up, Jesus was born Jew and died as Jew! He said he didn't come to abolish the Law but to fulfilled! This is Chriantian religion, you made of Yehoshua a Jesus and with that you take him away from his people!

  • @daddycavefish Why r u watching this video if u can't respect another religion? If u r not Jewish and are watching this video, if it is not for the sake of culture or to know more about God, why r u watching!!??

This video is not intended for you! Get your Christian faith with u to another video and leave another's people's religion alone!

  • Is it so difficult to understand that Jews and Christians have different wiews on the person Jesus? He was Jewish, he wanted to change things he felt was wrong in Judaism, but that doesn't make him a saviour or a Messiah. I'm not Jewish, but to me Judaism is a precious religion, without the atrocities of Christianity. I've never heard a Jew condemn others to hell, but the oppocite happens all the time! 56Yeya

  • @omedyashar either one believe in Jesus and His blood for salvation or one does not , either one is saved or one is not

  • @72Yonatan if your still LIVING on the OT your lost, and i never said the Jews destroyed the temple---- i know exactly who did, it is You who have little knowledge of the bible because, you have Failed to SEE JESUS in the OT and recognize HIM as the messiah , but you will SEE soon enough
