2009 Dallas Area Team Construction Challenge 3 Global Finals - Part 1

The Dallas Area Construction Challenge Team included team members from AISD - Martin High School and Richardson ISD - Pearce High School, Richardson High School and Parkhill Jr High. This is Part 1 of their solution to Challenge 3 of the Construction Challenge. In this challenge they had to construct a piece of industrial equipment to move and stack boxes with the largest scoring component being the number of units high the boxes are stacked. They also had to create 2 repairs on their industrial equipment during the 15 minute time limit of the challenge. One repair was completed by the team and the other repair had to be completed by the other team. see www.constructionchallenge.org for more information
