  • @Leofox94 I concur. It certainly is the most peaceful of religions. The do not solicit membership door to door. They exist and those who seek them go to them. No war has been declared in the name of. No people tortured, excommunicated, hung, burned, staked at crosses. It works on the self, as the entitity responsible for actions. Amazingly. Not an outside power. But makes YOU responsible. You dont kill and ask for forgiveness. You just don't kill. It's very scientific and philosophical.

  • @Leofox94 You are bang on! Buddhism isn't really a religion either. More like a culture. I am an atheist but I meditate and think Buddhism is very intriguing and I almost would call myself a Buddhist except I do not worship him but have a big respect for his advices. I also love South-East Asian cultures and think we should try to be more like them in our way of thinking. If everyone was peaceful and subtle we would all be happier and live a longer, healthier life.

  • @moonflowersglory Allah's mercy prevails over his wrath. Unlike fearing others we turn to Allah instead of running from him. He is the creator of the heavens and the earth and our purpose of life is to worship him. Whoever God guides, none can misguide and whoever He misguides, none can guide.Ask God for guidance sincerely and then by his will you would be guided and find real peace in your heart. Then you would be returned to him living in a paradise beneath which rivers flow.

  • @IslamInternationall to do? I know this is a long reply and I appologies if it bothers you, I rekky am sorry if I'm upsetting you :( I want so bad to believe in God nd angels and i know the bible teches us we cannot possibly understand the concept.. I guess when I die and in the event my soul goes to heaven and god is real, I'd say that I have felt very misguided for a long time and then hope that god will forgive me.

  • @IslamInternationall of hell, I hate the idea of a teenager with a horrid hurtful life who killed themselves so they coud find pece being forever damned to burn the firey pit of hell... I don't think any soul should ever have to endure that, only the particularly evil souls maybe if there is such a thing. The idea of being afraid of God bothers me. Why should we hav to fear something to be good people? why can't we just beave as good people because it's the right thing

  • @IslamInternationall Look dear I was raised Christian, do not try to teach me about my own religion, this is a video for peace and meditation, you cannot just shove your beliefs down peoples throats. I'm not going to get into a religious debate over this though; I appriciate that you are so faithful to your religion and everyone is entitled to an opinion, in fact I envy it.. as it is don't know where I belong or what I believe in anymore. I just can't stand the

  • whoa. i dnt think ive ever been that high while completely sober. just staring into that white circle for 10 mins with the headphones in... trip an a half.

  • The thought of Ganesh comes up. The images as they change are part of the meditation-dramatic.

  • its amazing how long I can listen to one note.

  • @moonflowersglory Did you know that this life is temporary and that you will be returned to your Lord? What will you say then?

  • @Frogal00n Meditation helps with everything. But are you seeing a cardiologist? Those are all symptoms of something going on with the heart. I would urge you to go see a heart doctor. Maybe your family doctor can recommend one. Best wishes and many blessings to you.

  • I'm a teenager, can meditation help with heart palpitations and chest pain and random nagging/numbness I get in my left arm?

Also interestingly when I visit the chiropractor he ALWAYS does a fair amount of adjusting of my thoracic vertebrae in which nerves lead to the heart and left arm. (Chiropractic has made my heart palpitations better)
