@MusicOfCanada uuuhhh Michael didnt even right this song. He was only 12 when he sang it and it was written by Hal Davis, Berry Gordy, Jr, Willie Hutch & Bob West Not Michael, Not Mariah< and Not the Jacksons. Get it right ppl!!!

Probably because her voice is much better suited to sing MC than MJ's.
not to mention, MC uses a wider range and is more of a challenge.
Don't get me wrong, MJ wrote the song perfectly, but it's a cover for a reason. If she wanted to sing it like Michael Jackson, she wouldn't have been doing what SHE wanted.
