I wish concertos like this were performed more often, especially by conservatory students. I think I'm the only one who would pay to see a big-name artist play an obscure work like this with orchestra. every manny, moe, and jack wants Tchaikovsky, Brahms, or Beethoven. then again, classical music is dying a slow death in the concert halls. the younger generation don't want to hear this stuff!
