special duty is not on C and C time..and if he was on duty...why is it any business of ours to judge what hes doing..perhaps hes talking/texting his kids before thye go to sleep...people with small simple minds

its not city and county time, they get paid by whoever hires time (zippys) in case something happens. I know most zippy's (nimitz especially) hire hpd officers on weekends due to the high number of drunk people that eat after the clubs.
