Breaking the Caster Curse #1 doa vs legion TvZ

I've been stricken with the Caster's Curse! In the coming weeks I'll attempt to break free of it by improving my own play and cast at least one game a week from my efforts to become at least a mid-range diamond player.

@vladamirrrr Yup, most of my opponents on the ladder are high plat / low diamond at this point. Just more evidence that ladder ranking means pretty much nothing. :) Low Diamond is the new Gold, baby!

It does favor people who play more.

But just like all ranking systems with a start and finish, although SC has a start and finishing "names" the numbers are what really matter.

At first 2000 was "high" but that is now changed, provided blizzard keeps the system the same, one day a pro will be 6000+ and a normal person will be 3000. It takes time to even out, hopfuly they will adjust the "names" (bronze/silver/gold) to match it

I think you could easily keep that 2-rax into diamond for TvZ. Like you said, just figure out what your plan will be after that. I like the 2-rax into expo into 6rax bio + upgrades.

It looks like you never missed a depot. If so, you've still got a good foundation to improve on.

you should have gotten more gas/refineries around 1000 minerals
