It's the voter who decides where their preferences go - you don't have to follow the "how to vote" cards the parties hand out - you can vote 1 Green and direct the rest of your preferences to any party in any order you like.

The two Bobs' worth line is fantastic.

Whats your feelings on nuclear power?

CHeck out our various videos on the topic, kingkingkingqueen.
In summary, it is a hugely risky approach to take when there are so many other options that can reduce emissions without increasing the risks of nuclear accidents or weapons proliferation.

A balance of power party backed by some of the most left-wing unions in Australia? I don't think so. The Greens want it their way of the highway. They voted down legislation in Victorian parliament to make the state nuclear free because it wasn't to their liking. They don't know the meaning of compromise and negotiation.

The legislation in Victoria was in no way to make Victoria nuclear free. It was a weak piece of legislation that the Greens opposed because it would not have stopped nuclear power in Victoria. It would have made virtually no difference to the status quo.
