@xoxoCODFATHERxoxo Yeah, I understand what you mean. I still don't think that justifies mediocre commentaries. Have 'em try doing commentaries and getting lots of practice on their personal channels.

The way I run things with Prestigious is that if the content is mediocre, we don't upload it. Hands down.

Then we edit the video to enhance it or completely scrap it and start over. That's just what I do though :P

@PrestigiousReviews ... ohhhh pope my friend! lol ... this one slipped through the cracks, but what we do here is work with inexperience and mentor them into a high standard. It was pretty much just a communication error that resulted in this going up. no other videos have gone up without a high standard, and the new guys show a lot of potential in the correct hands.

@SergeantBean67 Hey bean as we said before, no hard feelings you made the right choice, you were simply to busy to be part of this team. We work with commentators here to help them develop a style, and improve to a high standard. Although I was the first person to say that this video should not have been uploaded, it's all part of what pure does for people. I have sent back numerous videos from the original new directors as well, no one is perfect and the new guys will be worked with. take care

finch for missing 2 upload days (1 was the day after Christmas, I was busy with family, another was just a busy day with school) I asked for a week off for my exams that I took last week, and apparently that was the last straw. I don't want to be back on the team anymore, just I'm disappointed in the new recruits I'd figure if anything they would be better then me. I'd like to help somehow.

I agree. I mean you guys boot me..but this guy's excuse for a dry commentary is that's he is tired from a party. Lame sauce. I hope he improves but come on, that's a horrible excuse don't upload if you're tired dude. It's quite simple...I hope to see better stuff from all the new recruits.

These new guys are pretty weak. I don't mean to be a total bitch (well, that's not true actually), but these rooks need to work on making the gameplay more interesting (editing, not amazing GPs) and really get into that commentary.

It's not something that happens overnight, but that's why there are try outs rather than accepting everybody.
