Thanks for putting the question of how the GNP is measured back on the table. I had to eikiped the other day to remind me that all that is measured is sales minus salaries in units of US currency. And what is money used to measure? I thought it existed to facilitate equitable exchanges of different forms of labor time. And that exchange breaks down, people don't want to trade again, when they realize they are exchanging much more of their living time on earth in return for a second or less i

I would like to add to the  comment by @ronmamita that along with the corporations and royal families manipulating governments to their own personal greed-filled and power-filled actions so too should be included the organized churches around the world.
