The Bible does clearly show Jesus was NOT God.

But it does clearly show he WAS the Messiah.

Why don't Muslims believe Jesus is the Messiah?

You seem to only believe the Bible when it supports your beliefs.

I've only heard Muslims say Jesus was a prophet, and I've heard some who insult him by saying he was gay.

Jehovah's Witnesses are the only Christians I know of, who follow the Bible.

The churches of Christendom certainly don't.

@DaddyOD13 The true belief of the Muslims is that if a person insults ANY of Allahs (Gods) Prophets then that person has Committed a act of disbelieve. Insulting the Prophets is not a small thing.

@DaddyOD13 We believe that jesus (peace be upon him) was one of the slaves of Allaah (God), and one of His noble Messengers. Allaah sent him to the Children of Israel to call them to believe in Allaah alone and worship Him alone.

And for the Zaalimoon (polytheists and wrongdoers) there are no helpers”

We just say he isn't god or his son or nephew or anything!

He indeed is the one and only Messiah and he will return aged still 33(as i may recall)

And before this Imam al-mahdi will emerge taking a stand against israel and marching with his army until jerusalem without being stopped once!

If the Trinity is a theological fact & represents the truth from God, surely Jesus would have introduced it to his audience. He had ample opportunity.

He would have said something like “Hear O Israel! The Father is God, the Son is God, the Holy Spirit is God, but they are not three Gods but one God”. Did he? NO!

Instead he reasserted the absolute & indivisible unity of God who is One & Only (Mark 12:29 c.f. Deut 6:4). What does that tell you?

He was a Muslim who worshiped the One True God.

1st john 5-7 is a known as the Comma Johanneum it was added in to try and prove trinity, plus there are other bible texts that have been tampered with to try and prove jesus is God - these are 1st timothy 3.16 ( kjv ) the word Theos did not appear in the early greek texts - such as Codex Sinaiticus,Codex Alexandrinus- - there is Acts 20.28, phi 2.6 the word God was added in at Acts 7:59 and 1 John 3:16 to try and show jesus was God - etc..
