UT3 connection problem

For some reason I can only connect to ONE server in UT3 online.... anyone give me ideals why? I am fully upgraded to 1.2 and have the bonus pack installed - Steam version of the game.

I wanna know if u can help me:

Ive been having a prob that annoys me to hell: Each time i turn the game on, it asks for the serial code, And it never saves my progress. Each time i turn it on i have to restart the whole game and retype the serial!

i got a biiiig problem i wanna play my mate ash at ut3 but everytime it load up the server it goes to the map loading screen were it ses the name but then it freeses and then ses connection failed :@:@:@:@ can someone please help me im relli anoyed bi this :(
