@hinamori929 You can teach him by Breeding and with the Move Tutor. Get information on these using Google, going by the version you're playing.

does gardevior learn dream eater on its own?

@XplodingThunda It learns shadow ball from TM 30. That's a pretty solid build. Mine for generation IV is Psychic, Magical Leaf (anti-evasion), Will-O-Wisp (Egg move, attack cutter), and Shadow Ball (Actually an egg move). Both egg moves came from a Shuppet. That should give you something to think about.

You should replace Confusion for something better. I know it can cause confusion, but you already have two reliable psychic moves to take its place. Trust me, it will be more versatile. Might I recommend Shadow Ball?
