all day with me today making and preparing:
an Herb Elixir

starting the "decoction" process of the herb tea!

A decoction is a method of extraction by boiling of dissolved chemicals, or herbal or plant material, which may include stems, roots, bark and rhizomes. Some 'teas' are decoctions. Likewise, the term is used colloquially in South India to refer to black coffee prepared by the traditional method. Decoctions, however, differ from most teas, infusions, or tisanes, in that decoctions are usually boiled or simmered.

In the beginning portion of this tea Iam only doing the parts that are decocted, and those are:

Licorice, Iam using the licorice in this tea as a harmonizer in the way it is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine....
The taste is also great...
Licorice is not a tonic herb so you need a rest from this after a while...
I, personally have low blood pressure and the licorice can increase blood pressure
Licorice IS however an adaptogen

Yellow Dock: is a cleansing Herb, NOT a tonic herb--
Iam cleansing and thusly this tea is headed in that direction

my friend Helene's mixtures:
Men's Long Life Elixir:
Damiana, Fo-Ti, ginger root, licorice root, wild yam, star anise, saw palmetto, ginseng, sasparilla root

This mix tastes very good with a slight root beer-ish quality because of the sasparilla root---
this stuff works great on the libido---
Im always kind of horny after having this, but not in an out of control matter...

Cayene, Garlic, Hawthorn Berries, Hawthorn leaves and flowers, Gingko Balboa, Bilberry, Ginseng, Gotu Kola

how would u like to make sassafras tea in your next video. thank you herbal king loved it. I just bot some Sassafras from ( Humboldt Herbals ) in Eureka California ,Old town, thousands of herbs. I was watching a video on Nettle Juice & this guy Grows his own stinging nettle plants and he juices them. I love seeing weird herbal videos , herbs are medicines. but are very good for the health.Dont for Sassafras in your next Video I want you to do a little research & make & Video. ((((Sassafras))
