I reached level 99 here the first time I played the game. This is my fifth leveling grounds but, having found an area 50% faster than this (my sixth and final leveling grounds), I don't get that far. The previous area, also shown (at the end) is also a decent area, but due to those "twin brain" enemies, it's only about 85% as fast (if not using "wait" for the battle mode that is, otherwise, it's only 95% as fast, still not worthy). Both areas are shown. The original leveling grounds is shown at first, but the second area is shown at the end is useful if you're after free ethers for restoring MP.

The first thing you'll see is an overview of my materia. You might notice stray support materia (all) not joined up with anything. Take note that this is a double-growth weapon they are equipped to. I tend to devote "junk materia" for the sole purpose of gil-making. Just in Cloud's weapon alone, 2 exits and 2 alls, each AP earned is roughly 250 gil. Since I'm getting about 144 AP per battle, that's an impressive 36,000 gil per battle and that's just in Cloud's weapon. The extra HP and MP pluses (replaced immediately upon mastering) are a further 67.2 gil per AP on top of this so it quickly adds up. It's one of my self-made challenges to make the game a bit more difficult as it's otherwise very easy (outside progressing with the story, particularly puzzle-solving).

  • @nufvcosta Western continent, I mean.

  • Well by the time I gained all limit breaks that aren't Cat Sith's Dice via the same area/monsters I "only" hit level 45 and fighting battles until you have 3x level 99 party members in this area just isn't worth it.

  • Think I shall make use of this later, I have the long grind from Lvl 2 > Lvl 3 Limits to do with all but Cloud and Aeris.

  • This is covered in my 6th leveling grounds video. Sea worm is a very easy enemy, found along the beaches.

  • @nufvcosta stop reply it -_- its 3 weeks ago..... im already finish this game now -_-

  • @nufvcosta I mean westernmost.

  • @NinjaStarForceX Wutai area, easternmost continent, you need to access it with the tiny bronco. Fight in the barren areas.

  • You'd be surprised as to how often you actually need the inn. I can easily go from level 30-something to 99 without ever needing the inn. Healing magic pretty much says it all. A certain worm (a simple enemy with a forgotten name (sea worm?)) found along beaches near Mideel (the sixth leveling grounds - the forest just around the town is my seventh leveling ground) drops turbo ethers that fully restore MP so you have a seemingly infinite MP supply. Just heal and save every now and then.

  • @ulillillia but its bothering to spot>inn>spot>inn for me, i think its the best because nibel is near

  • I don't know if you have the Tiny Bronco, but if you do, look at my sixth leveling ground - it's the best for a very long time in the game.
