@R580NZ I have to disagree a bit. You're supposed to lower the mast/load once you're clear of the truck. In other words, once he's back the length of his forks from the trailer, he should lower before he turns/backs up. It's not safe to turn around with a load that high off the ground. It's also a tipping hazard being stretched out that high with a lot of weight on the forks. I'll let him off the hook for the stabbing hazard of traveling with his empty forks too high because nobody else is there
