  • I have to tell you, I'm only 15 and you inspire me so much! I used to weigh 190 pounds (I was 13 and a half, at about 5 foot 3.5), ever since I have watched your videos at the beginning of last year, I have lost 65 pounds (Now I'm 15 and 5 foot 4.5)! Thank you so much for inspiring me to be my best - even though I still have a little way to go! (I'm aiming for between 113-117) Good luck with everything! <3 Katie

  • @babehkate OH WOW! Ya know, I really didn't take into account the younger audience I might have! It feels really good to know I am helping teens too! You totally rock! I am so proud of you! You are just about as tall as I am and your target weight sounds perfect. How does your family feel about your weight loss and what did you do to lose the weight?

  • My family has been really supportive! My older sister had trouble understanding at first (her being gifted with the body of a victoria's secret model from birth) but from then on they have helped me out so much - it brought me and my dad so much closer! To lose the weight, I went from eating a massive 2500 calories per day of processed food to eating around 1000 calories of healthy, mainly whole food. I play tennis and do hot yoga, and do spinning with my dad. How is your journey going?
