Actually the Atlanta Braves got permission from Florida State to use it and the recording they use is actually a recording of Florida State band performing it, the one who started this chant for The Braves was actually a Nole, he played outfield that would be Dion Sanders who played for the Braves and taught the fans in the outfield how to do it and got permission for the Braves to use it.

They're not really comparable, especially considering FSU created the chant. As a Sooner fan, this is one of the only chants that ever intimidates me. I'm sure in person, the Galatasaray version is pretty damn intimidating, but until you've heard this in a full stadium you won't understand.
