Chicago inspired makeup look

This look was inspired by Chicago the musical. Most of the inspiration came from the 2002 film version, specifically Katherine Zeta Jones' character Velma Kelly. This tutorial was rushed and made at three am ... hahahah so excuse the crappy quality. This look is perfect for Halloween, and is also done using ALL very very affordable products.
