If you post your query on any rv forum with model no. & symptoms encountered...you will get immediate help. A lot of operational problems are due to operator not familiar with troubleshooting methods. I'll bet the thermister pickup sensor is in wrong location on the inside fins. A two second fix_ if this is not cooling enough in "both" freeezer & fridge compartments.
These operate different from a home unit & are an rv standard from the 70's into today's finest motorhomes.

I have a Dometic refrigerator in my tent trailer which i bought new and it has never worked right and they refuse to honor their guarantee. Biggest piece of shit I have ever owned!!!! Buyer beware!!!
