FT Bletsas is a TV Show Host and one of the most popular Food Personalities in Greece.. He is a regular columnist on nutrition, author of the best selling book "Cooking Economy" and a great supporter of wholesome Mediterranean cuisine. He studied Information Technology in the UK, was initiated into the secrets of cooking by his mother and has travelled round the world studying in depth every aspect of food. He has a Higher International Diploma on Nutrition and Certifications in Life Coaching, Child Psychology, NLP and Psychology Management. FT has participated in Health Promotion Programmes educating kids and teens about the fundamental principles of Healthy Diet and Nutrition. He conducts Healthy Cooking workshops, live Foodmusic Shows and he is hired as an MC in Food Festivals in Greece or abroad.
