EXERCISE SAMPLER BY REQUEST, I DO LEG LIFTS FRONT, SIDE AND BACK, STRETCHES, SIDE TO SIDE AND FRONT CRUNCHES, LEG PULLS BY USING THE SIDE OF THE POOL, I ALSO DO ARM EXERCISES AND STRAIGHT LEG WALKS IN THE POOL FOR THE WATER RESISTANCE. THEN I PLAY USUALLY ON THE BOARD CHALLENGING IT AS IT TRIES TO POP ME UP AND I TRY TO FORCE IT DOWN INTO THE WATER.
