[APH] Maru Kaite Chikyuu

Played by bassoon.
It´s the ending theme from Axis Powers Hetalia - Maru Kaite Chikyuu!
....at least partially.
This vid contains two versions: the second is one octave higher than the first.

Played by ear without sheet music, so there are probably mistakes in it.

I´m no expert on transponing, but I think you just need to take the piano sheet music from the description (which is in C), transpose everything down by 2 semitones (so c becomes b flat) and add two flat accidentals (I´m not good with english music terminology, I mean the one that looks like a little b)
