I am looking for the theme from the main menu of this game, I remember it was similar to "Surf Rider" by the Lively Ones but not 100% sure about it :P

What version of dosbox? If I try this, it tells me ATF can only be installed from the CD-ROM drive.

Indeed. I'd love to get the soundtrack to ATF Gold. I haven't played it in 12 years and still remember the basic melody of one of the menu songs that I really liked. BTW, you might be able to run it on XP if you change the compatibility to Windows 95 or 97 (right click and go to "properties" to find the "compatibility" tab.)
