Spiritual Warfare

Eph 6:12-17 "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places."

There is an external battle going on where God is fighting and also the devil is fighting to gain control of us. It is kinda like a strong thunderstorm that is raging. It all starts with a warm air mass and a cold front meet and when that happens there are many different things that are in this storm like strong winds, lighten, hail, ect. All have different jobs and all can do its damage. But when the storm is over and the winds are calm, the sun comes out and makes everything new again and makes a new day. Just indore the storm and the sun (son) will come out. Amen??

Our spiritual victories can take time. We can not be discouraged when answers are not immediate. Sometimes we do gain instant victory, but other times it can be days, months, or even years. Good soldiers will enter into spiritual warfare to tear down the powers of darkness that bind both the believers and unbelievers.

Eph 6:18-20 informs us that 18Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; 19And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, 20For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

The airman on the left in your picture was one of my neighbors down teh street. Wow! That picture found its way around. God bless our troops! They had to deal with a loss of an airman on that picture. We have to keep on our armor! I think this is why the Lord has keep me in the USAF. So that I know what the armor of God is all about. Melissa was given 1 hr to live at Columbia Presbyterian Hosp Bx NY. Both her lungs were unable to stop bleeding. Drs said that not even a lung transplant would save her. I remember how in the supernatural God used Moses to part the red sea.So I prayed God in the supernatural power You gave Moses I ask You to close my daughter's lungs like You did to the red sea..She flat line 8 times and was suppose to be brain dead. Drs call it miraculous. I say b/c I dared to believe God I received.
