Mister Tequila (Chuck Rio) - Big Boy (Flair)

Could not find any info of this 45. Here we have Chuck Rio, presented as Mister Tequila, playing a cool instrumental in a different way he used (tequila, margarita etc) let's say more "what'd I say" influenced.
I don't think this is the early 50s Flair label, probable a mid 60s artifact, in any case I presume this is rare, and very coooool!!
