This is very cool. It really does demonstrate how the web can encourage shareholder activism.

And more specifically on YHOO, it's not surprising mgt and the BoD has poison pill protection to keep their jobs. If mgt was more personally invested in the company aside from grants, they'd be more concerned about the cash they'd walk away with on the sale of the property in one lump sum v. trying to keep their salary payments.
