its true, poseidon raped medusa in the temple of athena, before medusa was transformed into a monster ofcourse, and athena was a statue in the temple.
according to athena, thatt it was excepting to poseidon do thatt cuz he is a mighty god, so according to her, medusa must pay it. so she transformed the beautiful medusa into a monster.

well, the story does have mistakes according to the original... it's as if Athena is a lesbian and had to fight Poseidon for her! I mean wtf???? and I don't believe Medusa was too full of herself!
