trying the stuffing now! i followed the steps and added all the ingredients though, instead of this "apple chicken sausage" that we don't have in italy, i added a chopped red apple. now everything is in the oven and i hope it will be a success tonight for dinner! thanks for the recipe. Simona

It doesn't get any better then some good stuffing. I make mine with sausage also.
