Kernersville NC Yard Sale Fundraising

On Saturday September 13, 2008, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., the Kernersville Mayor's Council for the disabled organized a fund-raising event with a Yard Sale; on the parking lot of the newly opened Moses Cone Medical Center; on Hwy 66 South at I-40 in Kernersville. With lots of efforts from the Board members, citizens and businesses in this area, the event was a success. Those present and interviewed at the event were : Mr. Ken Karns (Chairman), Mrs. Carole Whitley (Treasurer) and Mrs. Veronica Halter-Adegboyega (member)
