Great videos rob! How far from the shore do you fish. I wouldn't want to fish from a kayak, but would love to catch these fish fr0m the shore or rocks.

No, they're not stingrays, they're thornback rays. Despite being edible I've always returned them alive, they don't look to appealing to me !
