O, right, sorry....what you do is make sure the bed is made and then click on the bed and you'll see an option that says "relax". Make both sims relax on the bed, then click on one of the sims like you normally would to interact, and there should be a "cuddle" option...then kiss/makeout and if the sims are in good standing, eventually, an option for "woohoo" will be there.

It's a cheat involving two separate codes on two separate screens...not that hard really...at least that's the only way I know how to do it. The same cheat gives you different outfits and hairstyles, as well as custom skin tones like white and green (for aliens and such).
