Odd light combo after installing xbr. I'm told this means it was flashed with an invalid keyvault. If you get 100% fan speed, you don't have the config sectors flashed correctly either.
you probs haad the wrong type of keyvault which caused chritmas lights, it is easy to fix just re flash your console using the consoles original nand and use a different keyvault
I had the same problem while jtagging my console. I fixed it by erasing everything off the nand with nandpro and command prompt. Then write your original nand ( make sure it was a clean dump ) back to your console. Next overwrite the nand on your console with XBReboot ( XBR ). Disconnect your lpt cable and connect it up to a tv and try to boot. If it does'nt boot after that, go back to nandpro and write your rawkv.bin and rawconfig.bin to the consoles nand. It worked for me after that.
