The fat man is too kooky for Kentucky all right. If he doesn't like Rand Paul's solution to the problem, I wonder what the fat man's solution is. That wasn't on this video.

Obviously this lady is a mess but every politician has their own. But anyway. I'm curious. Is the bald fat man the same man behind '2kooky4Ky'? If so, is he about to have a baby?
