I Solemnly Vow Never To Date A Bass (Episode 1)

THE GIRL- Brooke Davis, elite Queen of the Upper East Side, stylish and sassy, she has it all.

THE BOY- Chuck Bass, the Upper East Side's very own bad boy. Dangerously charming he has been known to screw anything in a skirt.

THE FRIENDS- Of course, all royals need their loyal court. PEYTON, BLAIR and SERENA are Brooke's best friends in the whole world, the ones who witness her sacred vow. NATE is Chuck's best friend, the one who teases him into a bet.

THE VOW- Brooke Davis has seen what Chuck does to girls, ticking off his step sis Serena to no end (not shown) and breaking her bestie Blair's heart, Brooke makes a statement (while Chuck is eavesdropping) that she will never EVER date a Bass.

THE BET- Chuck tells Nate about Brooke's little vow, laughing it off until Nate dares him to seduce Brooke.

THE STORY AS SHOWN:
While going to meet up with Blair, Brooke witnesses the nasty breakup between her and her on-off lover Chuck. Later Brooke is at Serena's for a girl's day and makes a vow that she will never date a Bass. Chuck overhears the girls talking. Blair doesn't believe that Brooke can resist, Serena tries to ignore the conversation and Peyton encourages Brooke.

LATER, Chuck tells Nate about Brooke's vow and Nate bets that Chuck can't seduce her and questions why Brooke despises him so much. Chuck reveals how Brooke walked in on him in bed with two girls while looking for Serena (shown in greyscale). THEN Chuck sees Brooke engaged in a tryst with a teacher at their school and tries to blackmail her (over the phone) to make her go out with him but Brooke hangs up on him.

Chuck keeps seeing Brooke around school but she (and Peyton) ignore him and walk away wanting nothing to do with him. Then Brooke and Peyton talk about how miserable Chuck is making Brooke and Brooke questions if she should just go on one date to make him back off but Peyton warns her against it.

At a pool party Brooke is seducing a random guy and Chuck blows the whistle (literally) to put a stop to it. Brooke and Peyton go out to a club and find Chuck, Chuck taunts Brooke while Peyton tries to keep the peace ending with Brooke becoming irritated.

Clearly Chuck is getting no where with Brooke and then Nate mentions seeing Brooke preforming at the cheerleading contest which Chuck didn't know about (greyscale) and Chuck confronts Brooke at a party, furious and demands to know why she won't go out with him. Brooke gets sassy and tells him to drop dead...The End!
