There was another Direct Line ad with this fella in, and he was picking his Mrs up from the train station (and left a drink on the roof of the car). Does anyone have a copy of it at all?? Needed to settle a long-standing argument that a different actress was used! Cheers.

Yeah, it's definitely spring or summer of 2004, cos I remember watching that show called The Block about 4 couples renovating a block of flats. It was the summer before I lost my partner to cancer at the end of 2004. Happy memories.
