I have some beautiful pictures of Mariano, Tug MCGraw, Steve Carlton, Matt Morris & CC Sabathia going down the rubbe properly sideways,/closed body position all stretched out in a triple extended rear drive foot ankle ,knee & hip fexor areas just prior to front foot touch down. using one's body while pitching greatly alleviates the possibility of unnecessary chronic sore arms and various types of surgeries by taking the brunt of the throwing movement off of the arm. kom_ervin@yahoo.com
