Diane Abbott Racist?

Black Labour MP Diane Abbott made this statement via Twitter- '''White people love playing 'divide & rule'".

According to Wikipedia- in 1996, she commented that at her local hospital "blonde, blue-eyed Finnish girls" were unsuitable as nurses because they had "never met a black person before".

She also referred to David Cameron and Nick Clegg as "two posh white boys" in May 2010

I'm not 'offended' at all- Clegg and Cameron ARE two posh middle class whiteboys, but there seems to be a double standard where racism is only a product of white people. If Abbott truly believes in equality of races then she should expect the same level of criticism she would herself dish out.

As a leftist I like Abbotts politics, but I question her integrity as well as her commitment to people of ALL races, not just of her own.

how many non white politicians have you seen in the commons...dianne abbots was the first black politician to be appointed in the commons.
