  • @iammready Look for a regular P-P cycle with Sinus timing and a regular R-R cycle with ventricular or junctional timing. Wide QRS, likely ventricular...narrow QRS, likely junctional.

  • its easier to read on a strip but yes look for equal distance between all P waves. They can also be super imposed in the QRS also and you wont see them. The distance between the R-R interval is also equal distance throughout the rhythm

  • Can this be ID'd by more than one P wave before QRS? Is there anything else to look for besides brady?
